Status
The Paecilomyces niveus genome was sequenced using MySeq paired-end 2x250bp from TruSeq PCR free libraries at Cornell's Sequencing Facility. The assembly was done using IDBA_UD by the Hodge lab at Cornell University and annotated using the JGI annotation pipeline.
